The Policy Coverage provided is of a high standard, with terms and conditions that are reasonable and practical to comply with.

We offer you the opportunity to reduce your premium by taking a greater participation in the risk, by way of a Self-Insured Retention. That means that you pay the first amount of any claim arising up to the pre-selected amount that you are comfortable with.

We like our Policyholder clients to maintain some ‘skin in the game’: an interest in keeping accidents under control and assisting in resolving them at best possible cost when they do happen.

Your broker will be confident recommending a Blackrock Insurance Solution because they know we underwrite on behalf of Financially strong Insurers, rated as A by AM Best or Standard and Poor’s.

If you would like to meet our underwriters and talk us through your risk face to face, please ask your broker. We love to get out and meet prospective clients wherever and whenever we can.

We believe that commercial insurance clients generally benefit from having advice of a local insurance broker. To make sure our Policyholders get the best possible impartial advice, we do not offer Blackrock Insurance Solutions direct to customers.

The identity of the Insurer or Insurers on behalf of which we act and who will receive the premium and settle claims arising on your Policy is detailed on all quotation and confirmation of cover documentation, including the Policy wording and Schedule.
